This is not the first time I am asking this question

This question is even more relevant in light of what I've experienced recently

If you ask me this-especially in light of what my family and I had gone in the last few months-the answer would be

HEALTH!

My family and I went through some medical challenges in the last few months

Thank God everything is now OK

I want to thank those who prayed for us, well wishers etc.

I know how precious good health is

I think you know that too

Protect your health like it is your most precious possession..

because it is!

Let's get on this journey of good health

Oh..

You know 1 important thing this medical challenge taught me?

Once you start on drug regimen, you could end up with 5-10 pills a day..

each with its own side effects!

And the result is NOT pleasant

It is better NOT to be sick in the first place

I will be sharing more in the days, weeks ahead
