HiPandemic Insomnia and Stress can Destroy Your Health
These are stressful times-scary even If anyone tells you he is not affected, call that person a lair I was stressed, even though I didn't know it.. Here is what happened-you might be able to relate Everything was OK; that is, until one day I found myself still staring at the ceiling at 3 in the morning! I couldn't sleep! This went on for a few days Now, if you are getting less than 7-8 hours of sleep a night, you are in trouble-big trouble Yeah, I was in trouble Sleep affects every aspect of your health WHY? Because sleep deprivation lowers your immunity A low immunity makes you more vulnerable to infections in general Guess what I did? I increased my consumption of Melatonin, the Sleep Hormone No, I did NOT take a Melatonin supplement.. I consumed Melatonin Foods
I also ate Fatty fish such as Salmon for their high Fatty acid and Vitamin D content And I doubled down on my Meditation Oh, by the way, I ate a balanced diet And took this Food Form Supplement Guess what? It worked! The point is, you may be stressed without knowing it And it could really affect your health in profound ways Maybe these methods I used can help you relieve stress and get to sleep TRY IT!
