Here is a study from Harvard School of Public Health. "Healthy" sugared juice drinks can increase your risk of diabetes by 31%. Sodas are just as bad according to this research-its risk of diabetes rises to 24%.

Sugar is a major culprit in obesity, diabetes, heart disease etc.

But we all know that, don't we?
